Avoid exposing your jewellery to harsh chemicals, perfumes, lotions and fake tan or extreme temperatures to maintain its shine and longevity. Remember while lots of jewellery and metals are water proof they are not chemical proof.

We are happy to provide an exchange or credit note on all Lu and Mol pieces within 30 days of sale in the original packaging - including gift wrapping. Please include your order number and name, address and email. If your Lu and Mol piece was a gift, we are happy to exchange for another piece that you would prefer.

We open Monday to Saturday 10am to 5pm. We open Sundays in the month of December. We close bank holidays but are always open on Good Friday!

Yes we do repairs but only of silver, solid gold and platinum jewellery. Also we must assess all jobs before we can repair your piece.
