Shipping Rates and Times  

Tracked Shipping through the postal service

Ireland: €7.00 euro (Free Shipping within Ireland for orders over €150) - Within 2 working days

European Union: €15 - within 5 working days 

United Kingdom €15 - Up to 7-10 working days. Please note customs may be applicable for items delivered to the United Kingdom, which must be paid by the customer. European Union delivery is customs-free. 

USA, Canada:  €20 euro - Within 6 working days.  Please note that customs may be applicable for items delivered to the United States, which must be paid by the customer.

Rest of World (Australia, New Zealand) : €24.00 euro - within 7 working days

We try our absolute best to dispatch within 24 hours.

PLEASE NOTE: Upon dispatch you will receive a tracking number so you can monitor the progress of your package. Sometimes, delivery may be slower resulting from postal/courier delays for which we will not be responsible. If your parcel is delayed, we can assist you via email, message or over the phone. 

Any dispatch delays, such as out of stock, we will notify you via email.

Returns

We are happy to provide an exchange or credit note on all Lu and Mol pieces within 30 days of sale in the original packaging - including gift wrapping. Please include your order number and name, address and email. If your Lu and Mol piece was a gift, we are happy to exchange for another piece that you would prefer.
